Case-page project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry from a project case page, we collect your name, email address, optional company and country, project requirements, related case reference, contact consent and submission time. These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry.
Storage and notifications
Enquiries are stored privately in the ALG Metalwork website’s WordPress backend and are accessible to site administrators. They are not published on the website or exposed through the public API. Notification emails are sent to contact@arlingal.com using Tencent enterprise email, so the hosting and email providers process the notification and any attachments.
Enquiry records remain in the private website backend until removed by a site administrator. To request access to or deletion of an enquiry, use a case-page enquiry form and include the enquiry reference and the email address originally used. The administrator may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Technical form protection
The enquiry service uses request-validation tokens and temporary rate limits to help protect against automated submissions. A temporary, hashed identifier derived from the connection’s IP address is used for rate limiting; the raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.
What not to send
Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your project brief. The case-page enquiry form does not accept file uploads; share a suitable drawing link or discuss document transfer with the team after contact.
Other forms
The full project enquiry form sends your contact information, fabrication category, material preferences, quantities, delivery timing, reference and project brief to ALG Metalwork. Optional PDF, JPG and PNG attachments are sent with the notification email. Uploaded files are processed temporarily for sending and are not published as website media or retained as public download links. The emailed copy remains in the recipient mailbox under the company’s mailbox retention practices.
